Welcome to our general terms and conditions, but don't worry, these won't be as boring as any of the other ones out there. We like to think of our terms and conditions as a journey through the cosmos, where each section is a star, and together, they form a beautiful constellation. So buckle up, put on your space helmet, and let's blast off into the universe of legalese (don't worry, we'll make sure to provide enough oxygen).

Terms and Conditions for Products Produced by Orbit Innovations:

  1. Accuracy and Consistency: Our 3D printing technology produces products that are as unique as a meteorite, so please keep in mind that slight variations in accuracy and consistency are part of the charm. We cannot guarantee that each product will be identical, but we promise that each one is made with stardust and a sprinkle of cosmic magic.
  2. Intellectual Property: Our designs and products are our cosmic treasures, and we expect you to treat them with the same love and care. Please don't reproduce or modify our designs without our permission, or we'll send our fleet of spaceships after you. Additionally, our products cannot be reproduced and sold under a different brand name without our written permission. We take our intellectual property seriously, and any infringement will result in legal action.
  3. Product Use: Our products can be used for commercial use, but we kindly ask that you don't use them for any illegal or harmful purpose. If you do, we'll have to summon our intergalactic defenders to take care of you.
  4. Product Liability: Our products are designed with cosmic care and attention to detail, but we cannot guarantee their safety against every possible hazard in the universe. By using our products, you acknowledge and accept this risk. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding our products, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. However, we take product safety seriously and stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues or defects, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. And if you encounter any alien creatures while using our products, please let us know and we'll send our intergalactic defenders to your aid.
  5. Product Modification: We work hard to make our products durable and structurally sound, but we also like to experiment with new designs. This means that our designs might change over time, but don't worry, we won't let any asteroids near them.
  6. Orders and Payments: We accept payments through our secure portal, and in special circumstances, we'll also accept payments via invoice. Please contact us for details.
  7. Shipping and Delivery: We do our best to ship our products in a timely manner, but sometimes, our warp drive engines need a tune-up and might cause some delays. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Most made to order items are dispatched within 7-10 working days.
  8. Modification or Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time, but we promise not to do so during a space battle, or our intergalactic defenders might get upset.
  9. Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute, we'll do our best to resolve it in a peaceful and friendly manner. However, if things get heated, we might have to call on our fleet of spaceships to mediate.
  10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Federation of Planets. Just kidding, it'll be governed by the laws of the United States or the United Kingdom, depending on the country of purchase.
  11. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, we'll consult with our cosmic oracle to find a solution.
  12. We take your personal data protection seriously, and we comply with the GDPR requirements. We collect and process your personal data, such as your name, email address, and shipping address, for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and providing you with the best customer service possible. We won't use your data for any other purpose, and we won't sell or share it with any third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data at any time. You can also request a copy of your data or object to its processing.
